A transformational executive coaching & training experience that applies cutting-edge leadership theory to you, your context, your practice, & your needs.

What is Collective Leadership?

Collective leadership describes a group of people coming together through intentional relationships and processes to co-create results in their desired area of impact.

The complexity of the world’s current challenges will not be met by an individual heroic leader, but rather by groups of people working together in pursuit of change. With rises in technology, globalization, culture shifts, and complex economies, the demands on leadership have fundamentally changed.

The world needs more people who are equipped to co-create the collective leadership structures that will meet the needs of our time.

We invite you to become one of those leaders this year!

The Certificate Program

Over the course of the program, you will:

>> Develop a new level of self-awareness about your own patterns of leadership behavior and learn how to transform old habits into new alignment with your vision for creative, collective leadership for impact.

>> Receive transformative feedback via your Leadership Circle Profile, a cutting edge 360 degree assessment.

>> Practice the essential leadership elements of trust, communication, self-awareness, systems-awareness, and collective achievement.

>> Learn the latest in leadership theory that informs the structures and models of collective leadership.

>> Understand the relational dynamics, processes, and broader structures inherent to successful approaches to collective leadership.

>> Conceptualize the broader systemic dynamics that influence shared meaning-making, communication, purpose, and values in collective leadership.

>> Workshop and apply your own leadership cases in order to envision what leading with a collective leadership frame would mean in your own unique context.

>> Relax, connect, and reflect with an amazing group of leaders.

A professional development experience that yields profound personal growth.

At the end of our time together, you will be more equipped to:

>> Achieve wider impact through new, collective-based models

>> Lead yourself and others to more effective collective impact

>> Align your actions to your aspirational values

>> Be more aware of yourself, others, and the systems you are in

>> Enable a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment

>> Inspire others to engage in more accountable and satisfying work

>> Be a model of conscious, intentional collaboration

>> Distribute leadership & decision-making

>> Mentor and develop others

Join us in one of our beautiful 2020 venues for the leadership transformation you have always wanted.

Who is this program for?

Although it is more clear than ever that collective leadership is needed to meet the demands of the world around us, collective leadership is still counter-cultural.

We need leaders who are ready to be trailblazers in this rising movement.

Whether you are running a large multi-lateral or a small start-up, whether you are seeking to lead as a volunteer in your community or formally in your career, this certification is for you if…

You desire a model of leadership that challenges “top-down” approaches and relies on the wisdom and strengths of the group, team, and greater community of impact.
You are committed to your own development, growth, and self-awareness in your life and leadership.
You find yourself overwhelmed by the level of complexity of the challenges you are confronting and want to develop strategies that can support you and your colleagues in rising to the opportunity together.
You want models of leadership in our institutions and communities that support transformation, healing, service, and connection.
You are ready for and open to change.

Our Approach

Our approach to learning is human-centered and rooted in experiential consciousness-raising, liberation-based theories and practices. We invite your whole being—not just the role you play at work—to be present in your learning.

We rely on our experience that suggests relationship, collaboration, self-awareness, authenticity, systems-awareness, and achievement goals must be interwoven to truly make any kind of leadership development intervention “stick”. Therefore, day one we call on our clients to experientially explore how much stronger we are together when we are leveraging our strengths and pursuing growth rooted in our ability to connect and thrive interdependently.
