Our Approach
Our approach to learning is human-centered and rooted in experiential consciousness-raising, liberation-based theories and practices of healing and transformation. We invite your whole being—not just the role you play at work—to be present in your learning.
We rely on our experience that suggests the deep work of inner growth, healing, and cultural transformation must be interwoven with leadership theory and praxis to truly make any kind of leadership development intervention “stick”. Therefore, day one we call on our clients to experientially explore how much stronger we are together when we are leveraging our strengths and pursuing growth rooted in our ability to connect and thrive interdependently.
What is included with my registration?
- Six Training Workshops: Six four-hour online trainings using experiential, dialogue based learning approaches on Zoom.
- 360 degree Assessment: Valuable feedback on your leadership through the industry leading 360 degree assessment tool – The Leadership Circle Profile – you and a group of self-selected evaluators will complete a survey that gives you a snapshot of how you are doing as a leader in your context.
- Two 1:1 Executive Coaching Sessions: An initial 1:1 coaching session to review your Leadership Circle Profile assessment in order to identify your core areas of development. A second 1:1 coaching call to further apply the training to your context.
- Peer-led Small Group Coaching: Four peer coaching group sessions to deepen relationships with your peers, apply collective leadership principles to your context, and integrate learnings.
- Ongoing Support: Optional ongoing quarterly group coaching calls with The Collective Leadership Network (graduates of the program).
- Membership in Our Professional Network: Ongoing access to members of The Collective Leadership Network to share resources, seek collaboration, find mentors, and more.
- Professional Development Resources: Ongoing access to personal and professional development resources, including journal prompts, meditations, online workshops, supplemental readings, and more.
- Tools & Materials: Program workbook, readings, materials, and resources to implement your learnings on the job in your community or organization.

Name your price
We are offering this program on a sliding scale where we invite you to name your price. The full fee is $2400. You are invited to pay anywhere from $500 to $2400 as you are able. The minimum of $500 covers only the cost of The Leadership Circle Profile 360-Degree Assessment tool we use.
