Meet the Founder

I founded Rootwise Leadership in 2018 to bring together a network of independent coaches and consultants to serve clients committed to doing the work of transformative personal and systemic change.

I am a coach, consultant, and facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience working with global leaders in a wide range of organizations committed to justice, equity, and healing. Rootwise Leadership serves community-based networks, social impact start-ups, large global non-profits, major health care systems, and government agencies. We have a passion for coaching people, teams, and systems towards transformative equity-centered leadership for social change and healing. 

For me, creativity, mindfulness, and compassion are both means and ends in the work of equity-centered leadership for social change. In addition to my work with Rootwise Leadership, I’m a mindfulness teacher and an Instructor of Leadership Practice at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
